This tenant improvement and remodel project involved upgrading a 5,100 square-foot sports bar and restaurant within Casino Arizona. The renovation included the installation of a new bar area featuring metal laminate cabinetry and cladding at the entry portals. Decorative acoustic wall panels were added throughout the space, along with fresh paint and vinyl wall coverings. The main bar received upgraded ceramic tile and finishes, and the soffit of the main bar was reframed and refinished. Additionally, perforated metal paneling was applied to the patio trellis. The project also involved the installation of power and data infrastructure to support the restaurant's updated audio-visual system, which includes movie theater-quality projectors, TVs, and a ticker at the main bar soffit, enhancing the overall customer experience.
